SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 8-26 On April 28, 2026, the Oakley City Council waived the first reading and introduced Ordinance No. 8-26, Amending Oakley Municipal Code to repeal sections of the Oakley Municipal Code section 9.1.1102, and replace with adoption of the states ADU law by reference (Government Code Sections 66310-66342), and finding the action exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. A complete reading of this ordinance may be required to fully understand all its provisions. A copy of the entire ordinance is available at the City Clerks office located at 3231 Main Street, Oakley, California 94561.
