ORDINANCE NO. 2129 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 11.82.130(j)(1) OF THE PALM SPRINGS MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITIES FOR NON-CONSENSUAL TOWS City Attorney’s Summary This Ordinance amends Section 11.82.130(j)(1) in order to modify the location requirements for vehicle storage facilities. CERTIFICATION STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE ) ss.
