ORDINANCE NO. 2126 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ADDING CHAPTER 5.27 TO THE PALM SPRINGS MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO A RESTRUCTURED HOTEL OPERATIONS INCENTIVE PROGRAM City Attorney’s Summary The existing hotel operations incentive program is limited to hotels constructed and/or renovated during specific periods of time, and over time, this has resulted in fewer hotels being eligible to apply for the program. This ordinance creates a restructured hotel operations incentive program with broader and more streamlined criteria to allow more hotels to apply for the program.
