SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2026-1200On March 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the San Anselmo Town Council located at 525 San Anselmo Avenue, San Anselmo, California 94960, the San Anselmo Town Council conducted a public hearing and first reading to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-1200. On April 14, 2026, the Council approved the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-1200. Amending Title 10 (Planning and Zoning), Chapter 3 (Land Use Regulations) of the San Anselmo Municipal Code. The proposed ordinance would amend Section 10-3.302 (Land Use Regulations Table) to implement Housing Element–related code cleanup provisions affecting multifamily housing and would include related findings of exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
