SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 20261200 On March 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the San Anselmo Town Council located at 525 San Anselmo Avenue, San Anselmo, California 94960, the San Anselmo Town Council conducted a public hearing and first reading to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 20261200. On April 14, 2026, the Council approved the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 20261200. Amending Title 10 (Planning and Zoning), Chapter 3 (Land Use Regulations) of the San Anselmo Municipal Code.
