NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of San Anselmo will hold public hearings to consider adoption of an ordinance to repeal Title 9 (Building Regulations), Chapter 23 (Sales of Residential Property: Report of Residential Building Records) of the San Anselmo Municipal Code.The proposed ordinance is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080.17 and 15061(b)(3), as it can be seen with certainty that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment.The Town Council public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.Copies of the proposed ordinance and associated staff report will be available for public review at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting at San Anselmo Town Hall, 525 San Anselmo Avenue, San Anselmo, California, and online at www.townofsananselmo.org .All persons wishing to provide public comment may appear and be heard before the Planning Commission and/or Town Council at the scheduled time at Town Hall, 525 San Anselmo Avenue, San Anselmo, California, or participate remotely via Zoom.
