NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under provisions of Section 15 of the Tulare City Charter, Ordinance 2026-02 was adopted by the City of Tulare City Council on April 7, 2026. The following is a summary of ORDINANCE 2026-02, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TULARE ADDING SECTION 120 TO CHAPTER 4 OF TITLE 4 OF THE CITY OF TULARE MUNICIPAL CODE: The purpose of adding Section 120 to Chapter 4 of Title 4 of the City of Tulare Municipal Code is to streamline the permitting process for approving permits for electric vehicle charging stations.
