2026 BUSINESS TAX AND LICENSING BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWALS FOR ALL BUSINESSES INCLUDING HOME-BASED BUSINESSES Business license taxes were due January 2, 2026. As a courtesy, reminder notices were mailed in December 2025. Per Town Code Section 14.10.075, a fourth 25% late penalty will be assessed on May 4, 2026, if payment is not received by May 3, 2026. A business that fails to renew or disclose that it no longer operates within Town limits may be forwarded to a collection agency.
