2026 BUSINESS TAX AND LICENSING BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWALS FOR ALL BUSINESSES INCLUDING HOME-BASED BUSINESSES Business license taxes were due January 2, 2026. As a courtesy, reminder notices were mailed in December 2025. Per Town Code Section 14.10.075, a third 25% late penalty will be assessed on April 2, 2026, if payment is not received by April 1, 2026.
