LEGAL NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cucamonga Valley Water District (“CVWD”) is holding unclaimed funds totaling $20,200.00 in its Operating Fund. These funds consist of unclaimed service account balances and other related monies that have remained unclaimed for three (3) or more years. Pursuant to the California Government Code, Section 50050 et seq., and Section 50052, notice is hereby provided that any person or entity having a claim to these funds must file a written claim with CVWD on or before June 30, 2026. Claims received after this date may be denied. If no valid claim is received by June 30, 2026, the unclaimed funds shall become the property of CVWD.
