NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGCUCAMONGA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT POTENTIAL INCREASE IN FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 24, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Cucamonga Valley Water District will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, as part of the Regular Meeting of the Board. The Board will hold the public hearing in order to receive oral and written testimony regarding the proposed adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-2-1. Written comments may be filed at any time prior to conclusion of the public hearing and should be addressed to the attention of the Board Secretary, at 10440 Ashford Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Board will consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 2026-2-1 which would increase the Food Service Establishment Fees. A copy of proposed Ordinance No. 2026-2-1 is available for review at www.cvwdwater.com. Copies of the Ordinance are available by calling the District at 909.987.2591 or by contacting the District through www.cvwdwater.com.
