CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGANotice of Public HearingNotice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California at 7:00 p.m. to consider adopting a Resolution adjusting fees in the Building and Safety Department, including updates to the user fee schedule to add two new fees for model home permits and pre‑approved ADU permits. These new fees will be based on the existing production rates for home and ADU permits but will be applied at a discounted rate. Information regarding the estimated costs required to provide the services for which the proposed adjusted fees are levied will be available at the City Clerk Services Department, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730.
