NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA CITY COUNCIL The Rancho Cucamonga City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Rancho Cucamonga Civic Center, Council Chambers, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, to consider the following described project: Public Hearing for Consideration of an Appeal of the Planning Commission's Decision to Approve a Design Review for the Development of 188 SingleFamily Residences Spanning Multiple PreExisting Graded Parcels on an Approximately 80acre Site Within the Low Residential (L) Zone, Located at the Northwest Corner of East and Wilson Avenues. (Tracts 160721 and 160723) with Exceptions to Specific lots from Existing Standards. This item is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Section 15162. Appellant: Lozeau Drury LLP on behalf of Supporters Alliance for Environmental Responsibility (SAFER), Project Applicant: Toll Brothers. Case File Number: Design Review DRC202400373, Minor Exception DRC202500261, Variance DRC202500263. (RESOLUTION NO. 2026001). The decision of the City Council is final.
