NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Rancho Cucamonga Civic Center, Council Chambers, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, to consider the following described projects: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP JACLYN MCDOWELL ON BEHALF OF MARK REYNOSO A request to subdivide an existing 61,204squarefoot parcel into two parcels within the Very Low (VL) Residential Zone, Hillside and Equestrian Overlays located at 5451 Moonstone Avenue, generally located to the northeast of the intersection of Hillside Road and Moonstone Avenue; APN: 106125132. This item is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as a Class 15 exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions (SUBTPM20985). (Continued from the February 25th HPC/PC meeting.) ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND TENTATIVE TRACT MAP DECLIFF PROPERTIES LLC A request to subdivide two existing lots totaling approximately 39.58 gross acres into five (5) numbered lots and six (6) lettered lots. The Project site is located within the Rural Hillside (RH), Rural Open Space (ROS), and Rural Flood Control/Utility Corridor (RFC/UC) regulating zones of the Etiwanda Heights Neighborhood and Conservation Plan (EHNCP). The site is located north of DeCliff Drive, east of Wardman Bullock Road, and west of Ambleside Place (APNs: 022606168 and 022606169). Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), this project is consistent with the Certified Etiwanda Heights Neighborhood and Conservation Plan EIR (SCH# 2017091027) , and a compliance memorandum has been prepared pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 (SUBTT20653). Box 807, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729, or by email to Planning@CityofRC.us The decision of the Planning Commission is final unless the project is appealed within 10 days. Appeals must be filed in writing to the City Clerk, state the reason for the appeal, and be accompanied by the appropriate filing fee. If you challenge any of the foregoing actions in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing for final action described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
