NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGCITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGACITY COUNCIL The Rancho Cucamonga City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Rancho Cucamonga Civic Center, Council Chambers, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, to consider the following described project: Public Hearing for Consideration of an Appeal of the Planning Commission’s Decision to Approve a Design Review for the Development of 188 Single-Family Residences Spanning Multiple Pre-Existing Graded Parcels on an Approximately 80-acre Site Within the Low Residential (L) Zone, Located at the Northwest Corner of East and Wilson Avenues. (Tracts 16072-1 and 16072-3) with Exceptions to Specific lots from Existing Standards. This item is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Section 15162. Appellant: Lozeau Drury LLP on behalf of Supporters Alliance for Environmental Responsibility (“SAFER”), Project Applicant: Toll Brothers. Case File Number: Design Review DRC2024-00373, Minor Exception DRC2025-00261, Variance DRC2025-00263. (RESOLUTION NO. 2026-001).The decision of the City Council is final. Anyone having concerns or questions or wishing to review or comment on the project is welcome to contact the City Planning Department at (909) 477-2750, Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Anyone objecting to or in favor of the above may submit their concerns in writing to the City prior to said meeting. Written comments may be provided by mail and addressed to the Planning Department, City of Rancho Cucamonga, P.O.
