NOTICE OF SALE In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage and other charges related to the storage for which Riverside Manufactured Housing Community, LLC is entitled to a lien as Warehouse on the goods hereinafter described, and due notice having been given to those known to claim an interest, and the time specified in such notice for payment of such charges having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction at 2401 N. Preisker Ln #13 Santa Maria, CA 93458 on May 11th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The following is a brief description of the property to be sold: A 1971 Fleetwood Mobilehome, Decal number AAF9733, Tradename: Broadmore, Serial number(s) S4746, HUD Label/Insignia Number(s) 06173, 60 feet in length, 12 feet in width. Said mobilehome will be sold “as is” and “where is,” and without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, mobilehome park approval, encumbrances (including taxes and fees owed to County or State ) or any other matter whatsoever. Payment in the form of money order or cashier’s check must be made at the time of the sale.
