CITY OF SANTA MARIA CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING ON A COMPLIANCE ORDER CITY OF SANTA MARIA 110 S PINE ST #107 SANTA MARIA, CA 93458 (805) 925-0951, EXT. 2420 DATE: Tuesday, May 19, 2026 TIME: 10:30 am LOCATION: Teleconference CALL:(323) 539-7159 ACCESS CODE: 984148038 # NOTICE is hereby given that the Community Development/Code Enforcement Division of the City of Santa Maria will hold an Administrative Hearing, as noted above, on the following items: RESPONSIBLE PARTY (PARTIES): ESTATE OF MARIANNE R ROGERS 320 E CAMINO COLEGIO SANTA MARIA, CA 93454 ADDRESS OF VIOLATION: 320 E CAMINO COLEGIO, SANTA MARIA, CA 93454 VIOLATIONS: SMMC §5-6.202 (a)(b)(c) Unlawful Property Nuisance. The purpose of this Administrative Hearing is to provide a full opportunity for the above listed responsible party(ies) subject to a Compliance Order, to object to the determination that a nuisance has occurred, that the nuisance has continued to exist or has recurred, and/or that the person(s) is(are) responsible for creating, maintaining or fostering the nuisance. Within fifteen (15) days after the conclusion of the Hearing, the Hearing Officer for the City of Santa Maria will make findings and issue a written determination in connection with the Compliance Order. The failure of any responsible party, listed above, to call in for the Hearing, shall constitute an admission of the facts in the Compliance Order and shall constitute a failure to exhaust administrative remedies. A copy of this Notice of an Administrative Hearing has been served on all responsible parties listed above via first class mail.
