The purpose of this Administrative Hearing is to provide a full opportunity for the above listed responsible party(ies) subject to a Compliance Order, to object to the determination that a nuisance has occurred, that the nuisance has continued to exist or has recurred, and/or that the person(s) is(are) responsible for creating, maintaining or fostering the nuisance. Within fifteen (15) days after the conclusion of the Hearing, the Hearing Officer for the City of Santa Maria will make findings and issue a written determination in connection with the Compliance Order. The failure of any responsible party, listed above, to call in for the Hearing, shall constitute an admission of the facts in the Compliance Order and shall constitute a failure to exhaust administrative remedies.
