NOTICE TO: KODY FOSTER, MONA DEE FOSTER, NICKOLE BREEZE DANIELS, AND ALL THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF VINCENT PATRICK FOSTER, Deceased, in Cause No. 2211.
In the County Court of Garza County, Texas, Ricky Shane Foster, filed in the County Court of Garza County, Texas, on the 17th day of December, 2024, an Application to Determine Heirship. Said Application may be heard on or after the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of publication of this citation in a newspaper of general circulation in Garza County, Texas.
All known and unknown heirs of said estate are hereby cited to appear before the County Court of Garza County, Texas at the above time and place by filing a written answer contesting such Application should they desire to do so.
