THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN THE COURT OF INDIAN OFFENSES WESTERN REGION Case Number: P-25-WR01 IN MATTER OF: Probate of Darlene Dewey SUMMONS To the Interested parties named Moses Redner, this Summons serves as a notice to appear in this case. You are hereby notified that a Petition for Probate has been filed in the Court of Indian Offenses, Western Region, by the Petitioner, Janet Weed, in regard to being appointed executor of the Estate of Darlene Dewey. If you do not agree with the Petition, then you must contact the Court of Indian Offenses and appear for the, on the 21st day of May 2026 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. You may file a written answer with the Court on or before the above date and time. Your answer should state any legal reason you have the petition should not be granted. If you file an answer, you must give or mail a copy to the Petitioner(s). Judgement will be taken against them individually in accordance with the terms of the Petition unless they appear for the hearing at the time, date and place specified in the Summons to provide evidence as to any objection. If you fail to file a Response in this case, any or all of the matters above, or any related matters which come before this Court, may be decided without further notice to you.
