CITY OF ALAMEDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue, 3rd Floor, Council Chambers, Alameda, regarding the following: Development Agreement Annual Reviews for the following projects: Alameda Point Site A (Applicant: Alameda Point Partners, LLC), Del Monte / 1501 Buena Vista Avenue (Applicants: Star Harbor Property, LLC), Boatworks (Applicant: Boatworks, LLC), Encinal Terminals (Applicant: North Waterfront Cove LLC), RESHAP (Applicant: MidPen Housing), West Midway (Applicant: Catellus), Alameda Landing (Applicant: Catellus). Public hearing to consider adopting resolutions finding that the developers have demonstrated good faith compliance with the terms and conditions of their Development Agreements from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, based on the findings contained in the draft Resolutions pursuant to AMC section 30-95.1. CEQA Determination: This annual compliance review is not a project under CEQA. The decision of the Planning Board shall be final unless appealed to the City Council, in writing and within ten (10) days of the decision, by filing with the Planning and Building Department a written notice of appeal stating the basis of appeal and paying the required fees.
