CITY OF ALAMEDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue, 3rd Floor, Council Chambers, Alameda, regarding the following: PLN26-0018 West Midway Development Agreement Annual Review Applicant: BC West Midway, LLC. The applicant is requesting a periodic review of the West Midway Project Development Agreement. The consideration of an annual report is not a project under CEQA. No further environmental review is required. PLN26-0166 Alameda Landing Development Agreement Review - Applicant: Catellus Alameda Development, LLC. The applicant is requesting a periodic review of Alameda Landing Development Agreement. The consideration of an annual report is not a project under CEQA. No further environmental review is required. Inclusionary Housing Ordinance Update Consideration of an Ordinance to update the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance, Alameda Municipal Code Section 30-16, and make a recommendation to City Council regarding its adoption. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), this action is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3). The decision of the Planning Board shall be final unless appealed to the City Council, in writing and within ten (10) days of the decision, by filing with the Planning and Building Department a written notice of appeal stating the basis of appeal and paying the required fees.
