SHASTA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCE MANAGEMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE PERMITS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to applicable law, that the Shasta County Planning Director has determined that the proposed uses meet all applicable criteria and on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, intends to approve the following Administrative Permit: Richard M. Williams and Sammie Williams have requested approval of an Administrative Permit to exceed the total combined residential accessory building floor area limit of 2,500 square-feet for a proposed 3,000-square-foot detached metal shop. The project site is located at 4740 Fowl Lane, Anderson, CA 96007, which is situated approximately 0.06 miles northwest of the intersection of Duck Lane and Fowl Lane. The property is developed with a 1,460-square-foot one-family residence, a 576-square-foot detached garage, and a 64-square-foot detached pump house.
