APN: 034-241-05. Minor Land Division to subdivide an existing 0.478-acre lot into three lots, with an existing residence to remain on Lot No. 2 located within the Single-Family Residential (R-1) zone district. This project is not located within the Coastal Zone. Environmental Determination: Categorical Exemption. Property Owner: Joe and Debbie Genge. Representative: Joe and Debbie Genge.
