(1) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the morning of Wednesday, April 22, 2026, beginning at 1:15 p.m., a public hearing will be conducted in the San Joaquin Conference Room, 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, CA 93612. The Planning Division will consider the following item: AUP2026-004, A request to approve an Administrative Use Permit to allow a pilates studio within an existing building at 635 W. Herndon Avenue, Suite 200. All interested parties are invited to present testimony in regard to the subject item.
