(1) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, the Clovis City Council will conduct a public hearing in the City Council Chamber, 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, CA 93612, to consider the following item: 1. A request for City Council to adopt the proposed plan lines for Clovis Avenue (from Behymer Avenue to Copper Avenue), Minnewawa Avenue (from Shepherd Avenue to International Avenue), Behymer Avenue (from Willow Avenue to Sunnyside Avenue), International Avenue (from Willow Avenue to Sunnyside Avenue), and Copper Avenue (from Willow Avenue to Sunnyside Avenue). Project Item No.1 is in substantial conformance with the environmental impact report performed for the General Plan. No major revisions will be required to accommodate the proposed project; therefore, an addendum was prepared subject to CEQA sections 15162 and 15164. No further environmental review is required for this project. All interested parties are invited to comment in writing to the Engineering Division no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 20, 2026, and/or to appear at the hearing described above to present testimony in regard to the above listed request.
