The Board of Supervisors will hold a meeting to provide information to the public about what access to individuals had been provided to the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agency by County law enforcement in 2025, and to receive and consider public comment. This Public Forum will be held on an annual basis and is a requirement of the Transparent Review of Unjust Transfers and Holds (TRUTH) Act (Government Code section 7283 et seq.) How can I participate in the Public Forum? Attend the Public Forum and provide public comment in person to the Board of Supervisors.
