To comply with the Federal requirements in the preparation of the Action Plan, the City of Hayward will hold a public comment period beginning April 17, 2026, and ending May 18, 2026. Please note, the City Council will hold a hybrid meeting which will allow for participation in the Council Chamber and virtually via the Zoom platform. All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting to speak or offer written comments regarding the proposed FY 2026-2027 CDBG funding recommendations which will be included in the FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for community participation and include the proposed allocations and the FY 2026-2027 Action Plan.
