CITY OF HAYWARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DATE: City Council Meeting Tuesday, April 21, 2026 TIME: 7:00 P.M. PLACE: The meeting will be conducted live in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 777 B Street and virtually via the Zoom platform. The meeting can be viewed on Comcast TV Channel 15. TOPIC: Amendments to Master Fee Schedule of the City of Hayward A live stream can be viewed at https://hayward.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx or on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/user/cityofhayward The April 21, 2026 City Council agenda will contain specific instructions on how to view and participate in the meeting. The agenda and the instructions for submitting public comment may be found on the City's Meeting & Agenda Center webpage at: https://hayward.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx. On the above date, at or about the hour noted, the Hayward City Council will accept public comments on the Amendments to the Hayward Master Fee Schedule and Fine & Bail Schedule. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66016 et seq, a public hearing will take place for the Master Fee Schedule. The Master Fee Schedule includes fees from the following departments: City Clerk Information Technology City Manager Library Development Services Maintenance Services Finance Police Fire Public Works & Utilities On this date, changes for fees included in the Master Fee Schedule and Fine & Bail Schedule will be considered by City Council at a Public Hearing.
