LAKE HEMET MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICTNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN ADOPTION The Lake Hemet Municipal Water District (LHMWD) Board of Directors will conduct a Public Hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026, 3:00 p.m., at the District office located at 26385 Fairview Avenue, Hemet, CA, for the purpose of adopting its 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan. The Urban Water Management Plan describes and evaluates the supply sources used to meet existing and projected water demands and is required by state law to be updated at least every five years, in years ending in six and one. Public input will be considered during the completion of the 2025 UWMP.
