CITY OF LA HABRA HEIGHTSNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of La Habra Heights will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1245 N, Hacienda Road, La Habra Heights, CA 90631. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input from the public on the following item: Case No.: PRJ 2017-053Project Applicant: Ken Parsons ArchitectLocation: 1730 Kanola Road Proposal: Tree replacement plan for the removal of protected trees without prior approval as part of the construction of a new residence located at 1730 Kanola Road. At its meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 6:30 P.M., the City Council will hold a public hearing. Following the hearing, the City Council may remand the matter for further consideration, modify (in whole or in part), or approve the tree replacement plan.
