CITY OF LA PUENTENOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AMITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATIONProject: La Puente Mixed-Use Places Project Location: City of La Puente NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of La Puente, as Lead Agency, has prepared an Initial Study and intends to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the above-referenced project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Initial Study finds that, with mitigation, the project would not have a significant effect on the environment. Project Description: The project consists of the establishment of mixed-use place-based development standards and land use regulations to facilitate mixed-use development within designated areas of the City. The public review period begins May 5, 2026 and ends June 3, 2026. The Initial Study and MND are available for review at La Puente City Hall and online at: https://lapuente.org/planning-division/ Written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on June 3, 2026 , and may be submitted to Juan Galvan, Senior Planner , at jgalvan@lapuente.org , in person at City Hall, or by mail to City of La Puente, 15900 E.
