LOS GATOS-SARATOGA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT LOMA PRIETA JOINT UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPOSAL TO INCREASE DEVELOPMENT FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Boards of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District and the Loma Prieta Joint Union School District will each hold a public hearing to consider input from the public on the proposed adoption of a Developer Fee Justification Study and an increase in the statutory school facility fee ("Level I Fee") on new residential and commercial/industrial development. The proposed increase in Level I Fees is based on fee levels approved by the State Allocation Board in January 2026. Adoption of the Developer Fee Justification Study and implementation of the increased Level I Fees are necessary to fund the construction and reconstruction of school facilities needed to accommodate students generated by new development.
