NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TO AMEND THE SCHEDULE OF CAPACITY FEES, AND AMEND THE SCHEDULE OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND DEVELOPMENT-RELATED FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold public hearings to consider the following matters: 1. adopting an uncodified ordinance amending the Schedule of Capacity Fees effective July 1, 2026; and 2. adopting an uncodified ordinance amending the Schedule of Environmental and Development-Related Fees and Charges effective July 1, 2026. Options to participate virtually or in-person will be listed on the meeting agenda. As required by Government Code Section 66016, data regarding the related fees is available; questions may be directed to Thomas Brightbill at tbrightbill@centralsan.org. The proposed fee ordinances are on file with the Secretary of the District and are available for public inspection at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.
