NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER CENTRAL SAN SEWER SERVICE CHARGE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the Meeting Room of the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing on the following matter: Ordinance No. 339 adopted May 22, 2025, established Sewer Service Charge rate increases for residential and non-residential customers effective July 1, 2025, and July 1, 2026. Prior to imposing the July 1, 2026 rate increase, the Board is required to consider at a noticed public hearing the District's financial condition to determine whether the previously established Sewer Service Charge rate increase for the coming fiscal year is still necessary.
