NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING On WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., the Contra Costa County Planning Commission Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 30 Muir Road, Martinez, California, to consider a TREE PERMIT MASON WODHAMS MWAC. (Applicant) - BRADLEY & LESLEY WOLFF (Owners), RYAN BROWN (Appellant), County File CDTP24-00080: This is an appeal of the Zoning Administrator's decision to approve a Tree Permit to allow the removal of three (3) code-protected Valley Oak trees (with diameters ranging between 15.4-inches and 50.2-inches) on the project site, due to poor health. The project site is located at 532 Hemme Avenue, in the Alamo area of unincorporated Contra Costa County. (Zoning: R-20 Single-Family Residential District) (Assessor's Parcel Number: 198-100-015) Members of the public may attend the Planning Commission meeting and participate in this public hearing in-person at the above-listed location. Members of the public can view and listen to the live meeting via Contra Costa County Streaming Media Service, which can be found at: https://contra-costa.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=14.
