NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Moorpark, California, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 323 Science Drive, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director has determined that this request for permit modification to amend a condition of approval to allow for a time extension of previously approved permits is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as it does not constitute a project as defined by Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines (Title 14, California Code of Regulations). Therefore, no environmental review is required. Members of the public who want to attend the meeting may do so in person or watch electronically. Public comments can be made in person at the meeting or submitted by email. E-mail: Send comments to planning@moorparkca.gov prior to 4:00 p.m. on the meeting day (please limit to 500 words).
