NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley on the date and time set forth below:

PROPOSED ACTION: Adoption of a proposed ordinance, amending Ordinance No. 1019 to establish construction cost index adjustments to the Western Riverside County Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) program and adoption of a proposed resolution, amending the applicable TUMF schedule applicable to all developments in the City.
PURPOSE: The proposed ordinance amends Ordinance No. 1019 to establish construction cost index adjustments to the Western Riverside County TUMF program and the proposed resolution amends the applicable TUMF schedule applicable to all developments in the City.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public will have an opportunity to address the City Council regarding the proposed ordinance at the meeting and may also submit written comments to the City in advance of the meeting. Information regarding this item will be available on the City Council agenda, which will be posted on the City’s website at least 72 hours prior to the meeting at: https://moval.gov/city_council/agendas.html
PLEASE NOTE: The City Council may consider and approve changes to the proposed items under consideration during the Public Hearing.
