NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF THE NAPA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, INCREASING RATES AND ESTABLISHING NEW FEES FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE IN GARBAGE ZONE TWONOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Napa County Board of Supervisors that on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable, a public hearing will be conducted to consider adjusting rates for the residential and commercial operational cost associated with the collection of solid waste and recyclables applicable to the Unincorporated Area of Garbage Zone Two, a service which is provided by Berryessa Garbage Service, Inc.The fees initiated or revised by the fee resolution do not exceed the estimated amount required to provide the service for which the fee is levied.The Public Hearing will be held at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the County Administration Building, 1195 Third Street, Suite 305, Napa, California.
