NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Norco, California, will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers, at 2820 Clark Avenue, in said City on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00pm, or thereafter to consider the items listed below: Conditional Use Permit 2025-07 (Ji): A proposal to allow consignment sales at an existing specialized retail gun shop located at 2027 River Road within the Commercial General (CG) Zone. (APN 121-250-033). This project is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review, pursuant to CEQA Section 15301, Class 1 -Existing facilities. Please contact the Norco Planning Division on (951) 270-5661 for more information regarding said items. Any person desiring may appear at said public hearing and be heard.
