NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Norco, California, will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers, 2820 Clark Avenue, in said City on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter, to consider the following: Public Hearing : Consider Adoption of a Resolution updating and adjusting the City’s General Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2026-27 The proposed updates to the Comprehensive Master Fee Schedule are to ensure that user fees and charges accurately reflect the cost of providing City services. The proposed adjustments reflect an increase based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and are intended to account for inflationary impacts on the cost of providing municipal services. The fee schedule includes, but is not limited to, services related to: Building & PlanningPolice & FirePublic Works & EngineeringFacility MaintenanceFinanceParks and RecreationGeneral Services At least 10 days prior to this public hearing, the City will make available to the public the data and information indicating the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required to provide the public services for which the fees are charged. The new fees are intended to provide appropriate cost recovery for City services and ensure fair distribution of costs among users. Public inspection of documents: The proposed Comprehensive Master Fee Schedule are available for public review at least 10 days prior to the public hearing.
