NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN AND HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING TO RECEIVE COMMENTS ON THE PROPOSED PLANS CHINO BASIN DESALTER AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Chino Basin Desalter Authority (CDA) has scheduled a public hearing to receive comments and testimony regarding the Draft Chino Basin Desalter Authority 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (CDA 2025 UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (CDA 2025 WSCP), San Bernardino County/Riverside County, State of California.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said public hearing will be held at the following date, time and place for the purpose of hearing any and all public testimony and comments, for, against, or neutral, regarding the draft CDA 2025 UWMP.

Oral statements will be heard; however, to ensure the accuracy of the record, all important testimony and comments relating to the draft CDA 2025 UWMP should be submitted in writing to Casey Lamb, CDA Executive Assistant, at the address below, prior to the time set for the public hearing or directly to the CDA Board of Directors during the public hearing. If you challenge the Final CDA 2025 Urban Water Management Plan in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to CDA prior to or at the public hearing.
