NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Ontario (the City ) will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered, in the City Council chambers located at 303 East B Street, Ontario, California 91764, at which time it will consider public testimony concerning the possible issuance by the Ontario Public Financing Authority (the Authority ) of not to exceed $330,000,000 principal amount of lease revenue bonds in one or more series (the Bonds ) to finance capital improvements of the City including but not limited to on site and offsite improvements to The Ontario Sports Empire and other capital improvements identified in the City's Capital Improvement Plan. Lease payments securing the Bonds will be payable from the City's General Fund, subject to abatement as set forth in the Lease Agreement by and between the Authority and the City. All persons interested in this matter are hereby invited to appear at the time and place herein specified to voice their opinions relating thereto. Persons who are unable to attend such hearing may forward their written statements relating to the matter to the City Clerk at 303 East B Street, Ontario, California 91764.
