CITY OF PINOLE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Pinole Planning Commission will hold a meeting in-person at Pinole Council Chambers (2131 Pear St) and via Zoom teleconference on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following item: Conditional Use Permit UP25-0007: The Queen Relaxation & Body Works Request: Consideration of a conditional use permit request for a well ness center at 1660 San Pablo Ave, Suite C. The project qualifies for a CEQA exemption under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301. Applicant: Victoria Lee 2701 Oharte Rd Richmond, CA 94806 Location: 1660 San Pablo Ave, Suite C (APN 401-350-059) Planner: David Hanham, Planning Manager For more information about this project, please contact the Community Development Department by telephone (510) 724-8912 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Thursday.
