CITY OF PLEASANT HILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY COUNCIL TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT CITYWIDE, CITY OF PLEASANT HILL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance amendment related to Traffic Impact Fees (Section 5.55). The proposed amendment to the traffic impact fee would ensure continued compliance with State law. The updated Traffic Impact Fee Ordinance is supported by an adopted Nexus Study that addresses current and future transportation needs. The revised fees will be implemented in three phases over three years to allow for a gradual transition. The PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the CITY COUNCIL starting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, in the CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, City Hall, at 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill. Interested persons will be heard at this time at the meeting. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN pursuant to Government Code Section 65009(B) that, if this matter is subsequently challenged in Court by you or others, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else has raised at a Public Hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Pleasant Hill at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
