The City of Pomona is noticing for a public hearing for a request to obtain a Conditional Use Permit to allow an existing hotel a Type47 (OnSale General Eating Place) California Alcohol and Beverage Control license. The Applicant is Brett Engstrom. The address is 3200 W. Temple Avenue, APNs: 8710014056. The property is within the TOD1C zoning district. The City case file is CUP0006152025. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 (Class 1) Existing Facil ities of the CEQA Guidelines. The public hearing will take place at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., inperson at the Council Chambers located at 505. S.
