NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Rancho Cucamonga Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (RC EIFD) was established on July 19, 2022, to finance public capital facilities and infrastructure, as well as other specified projects of communitywide significance that provide significant benefits to the RC EIFD or the surrounding community. The RC EIFD encompasses approximately 1,500 acres of land, representing approximately 6.0% of the total acres of land in the City limits. Documentation related to the RC EIFD, including a copy of the Boundary Map and governing Infrastructure Financing Plan (IFP) are available online at www.cityofrc.us/EIFD and inperson at Rancho Cucamonga City Hall, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Documentation is also available by emailing city.clerk@cityofrc.us or calling l9094772760. The purpose of the RC EIFD is to help provide funding for the provision of public capital facilities of community wide significance that provide significant benefits and promote economic development within the boundaries of the RC EIFD or the surrounding community, and for those facilities located outside the RC EIFD boundaries which also have a tangible connection to the work of the RC EIFD. The IFP describes the RC EIFD, the capital facilities, the contribution of tax increment from the City of Rancho Cucamonga and Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District, the plan for financing the facilities, plans for issuing debt, the estimated fiscal impacts and other items required by the "EIFD Law" (Government Code Sections 53398.50 53398.88, particularly Section 53398.63). The RC EIFD does not increase property taxes or any other taxes for landowners within or outside of the EIFD boundaries. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the governing body of the RC EIFD (the Rancho Cucamonga EIFD Public Financing Authority (PFA)) will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 5, 2026, to consider any written and oral comments and take action to adopt an annual report on the revenues and activities of the RC EIFD. A draft annual report is available to the public on the RC EIFD website at www.cityofrc.us/EIFD , at City Hall, by emailing the City Clerk or calling19094772760 . This public hearing will be open to the public at the City Hall Council Chambers, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Any person having any comments on the annual report may do so as follows: 1. Attend InPerson: Members of the public may participate in the PFA hearing by attending inperson at City Hall Council Chambers located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. 2. Submit Written Comments: Written comments, questions or objections can be submitted to the PFA before or during the PFA hearing, and they will be made a part of the written record. Comments, questions or objections may be submitted to the City Clerk at city.clerk@cityofrc.us, via mail, to ATTN: City Clerk, 10500 Civic Center Drive. Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, or dropped off in person at the City Clerk's office located at City Hall. Please identify "Rancho Cucamonga EIFD" in your comments.
