In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code and Section 798.56a(e) of the California Civil Code, there being due and unpaid storage for which Redding 499 LP dba Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Estates is entitled to a lien as Warehousemen on the 1979 Skyline mobile home, Decal Number LBB8359, Serial Numbers 01750771AM & 01750771BM, Label/Insignia Numbers 153796 & 153797, currently located at 1136 Big Bear Lane (Space 141), Redding, California 96003, held on account of Danny Z. Chipman, Kathy Chipman, and Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance, Inc., and due notice having been given to the parties known to claim an interest therein and the time specified in such notice for payment of such charges having expired, notice is hereby given that the mobilehome will be sold at public auction on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at 1136 Big Bear Lane (Space 141), Redding, California 96003. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that payment must be made by certified funds within seven (7) days of the date of sale, and at the time the mobilehome is removed from the premises.
