City of Redlands Public Hearing Notice 2025 San Bernardino Valley Regional Urban Water Management Plan and City of Redlands Water Shortage Contingency Plan Notice is hereby given that on June 2, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, the City Council of the City of Redlands will conduct a public hearing to receive public comments and adoption of the Draft 2025 San Bernardino Valley Regional Urban Water Management Plan (2025 RUWMP) and the City of Redlands Draft Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP). Following the public hearing, the City Council of the City of Redlands may adopt the Draft 2025 RUWMP and Draft WSCP with recommended modifications, if any, as a result of public input.The Draft 2025 RUWMP provides a comprehensive description of the San Bernardino Valley water resources and documents City of Redland’s plans to ensure adequate water supplies to meet existing and future demands under a range of water supply conditions, including water shortages. The Draft WSCP documents The City of Redland’s plans to manage and mitigate an actual water shortage condition, should one occur because of drought or other impacts on water supplies. Said public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands, California.
