CITY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MARINA POINT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT APPEAL (PROJECT # PLN 23-117) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Richmond will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in accordance with Section 15.04.803.140 of the Richmond Municipal Code of said city to: Consider two separate appeals, filed by different appellants, of the Planning Commission's decision regarding PLN23-117 Marina Pointe Residential Project. Each appeal will be heard individually by the City Council during the same public hearing. The project involves approval of Design Review for 70 new single-family residential units and 30 Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs) on an approximately 4.92-acre site located at the terminus of Marina Way South (APN: 560-181-121), within the CM-5 (Commercial Mixed-Use, Activity Center) zoning district.
