Monterey County Regional Fire District NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Monterey County Regional Fire District of Monterey County on March 31, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. to consider the following matter: To adopt a Resolution updating the Fire Capital Facilities and Equipment Financing Plan, making the required findings, and setting the current rate of the Fire Mitigation Fee as the fee affecting new construction in the Monterey County Regional Fire Protection District for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and requesting the Board of Supervisors to adopt the Fire Mitigation Fee for the District as specified by Section 10.80.160 of the Monterey County Code.
